fresh pastries cozy bathrobe
The breakfast buffet included an AMAZING variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries!!! The staff were very cute and quite helpful upon my arrival. They answered all my questions. My room included complimentary toiletries. I found a cozy bathrobe in the closet. The location was close to public transportation.
The bathroom felt a little small for moving around.

central location friendly staff smooth check-in
i was please with its proximity to the main transport hub. i found the location convenient. the staff are friendly. they were also helpful. the check-in worked smoothly.
during my stay, noise from the street was disturbing at night. i had to close the windows. this unfortunately made the room quite warm.

the breakfast offers many choices. i noted the availability of fresh fruit and a selection of pastries. the coffee machine worked properly and provided good drinks.

the hotel is opposite the train station. i saw many restaurants within a 15-minute walk. santa maria novella pharmacy is also close by.
